Reservation and Payment Information
♦ Upon check-in please provide this invoice as proof of reservation. ♦ Please bring your bank deposit slip as proof of payment. ♦ Please also include a passport when checking in as security. ♦ Check-in time is no earlier than 1:00 pm. ♦ Check-out time is no later than 11:00 am. Payment Information In order to secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Full payment is due upon arrival. Cancellation policy as per the Confederation of Greek Enterprises for Rented Villas & Apartments 1. If a cancellation should take place at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the client. 2. If a cancellation should place and there is less than 21 days prior to the date of arrival, the client must cover 50% of the cost of stay. 3. In the case of a cancellation during the stay, the client should compensate Kiki's Place with 50% of the cost for the remaining period of stay. |
